Client fees, invoicing and guarantees*

1. Fees
Our fees are based on a percentage of the successful candidate's
gross annual salary, including any guaranteed income referred to in the
client's offer of employment, as set out below*:

| Below £24, 999 | 20% |
| £25, 000 to £39, 999 | 25% |
| £40, 000 and above | 30% |
| Contractor - (client payroll only) | 100 x hourly rate |
*Fees shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of V.A.T.
A fee will only be payable if a candidate introduced by us is subsequently engaged; clients should inform us immediately upon engagement of a candidate introduced by us.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be inferred by the acceptance of the services provided by IES Recruitment; moreover, the engagement of a candidate introduced by us will be deemed an acceptance of these conditions by the client.
If a client introduces our candidate to third parties, or offers them alternative employment, they will be responsible for the payment of our fees as if they had engaged the candidate themselves.
2. Invoicing
Terms: 28 days
Our invoice will be submitted on the commencement date of the candidates engagement, and is payable within 28 days of that date.
3. Guarantees
We guarantee that if the successful candidate should be dismissed with good cause, or leave within four weeks of commencing the engagement, the fee will be refunded in full. Should the candidate be dismissed or leave after the expiration of four weeks, but within eight weeks of commencing the engagement, 30% of the fee will be refunded.
Should the candidate be dismissed or leave after the expiration of eight weeks, but within twelve weeks of commencing the engagement, 20% of the fee will be refunded.
This guarantee will apply only if the fee is paid in full within 28 days of the invoice date, and if we are notified in writing within seven days of the candidates departure.
